Order was placed at 18.02 food turned up eventually at 20.38. Telephoned at 19.37 first time and got told food would be leaving shop in 15 minutes. Telephoned again at 20.11 got told again food would be leaving in 15 mins and offered a free bottle of drink. When food eventually arrived part of the order was missing. Shocking service. Girl who answered phone all 3 times was very polite and fully understood. Credit to her. Won’t be ordering again. No stars.
